How To Balance Your Stress Levels

Stress Levels have a way of appearing in our lives physically, emotionally and at times spiritually. The physical experiences often result with loss of sleep, appetite, health issues and hair loss, weight gain and more. Sending us into a lower vibration and negative feelings. Once this happens, it is harder to have clarity, find peace and levels of anxiety begin to spiral out.

 

The question on how to balance is posed since as we continue on our momentum towards our goals, we need "quick" fixes to get us through our day our even get a good nights rest. 

 

Here Are Some Quick Tips: 

 

1. For rest, create a shut off time at night from work, kids, friends and all. Make this YOUR Alone time.

3. Breathe. Sounds simple but just take time to watch your breath and slow it down. Breathe from your abdomen and relax the body. Relax the mind.

5, Control Your Thoughts. Be active with the negative thought patterns that include worry. If they come through, allow them and let them go. Do not stop, think or analyze them. Do not give it your time.
