To free the mind and just be, is a process that takes consistent effort on a daily basis. It is the transition to allow and the techniques in learning to be in the now that many start and eventually give up on because the journey is just that, a journey.
However, if we begin to let go of our control and trust what is and what will be we give a greater flexibility in our lives and for things to move freely.
